On Hungarian Family History WEB Archive

Our aims to be of help in genealogy-research by:

• systematizing the data by computer technique,
• establishing the bases of computerized research.
• securing  data-bases for all researchers.
• continuous widening  of data-base.
• The WEB Archive refers only to collecting and systematizing data of Hungarian and non Hungarian persons or families having lived within the territory of  Greater Hungary.
• Collecting and systematizing data does not extend the period researchable, ( Actually that  from the Conquest to 1906.)
• Data collecting and systematizing within the Archive refers only to data open to the public, so, using them as sources it may deal with archive-data and publicized pedigrees etc.
• It brings both home and foreign researches together .
• The Editor of the Archive organizes an Internet Forum to forward efficiency of research at home keeping in mind  the requests and proposals of public interest coming from researchers.
• The Editor of WEB Archive strives for close cooperation with all organizations  that back completing the targets of it, and contribute to enlarge its databases significantly.
• The Editor of the Archive attaches a stressed importance to support coming from student groups and local historians.
